Right of withdrawal
The product that you have purchased from Royal Coster Diamonds from the Netherlands has a reconsideration period of 14 days, starting on the day you received the product. If you wish to return or exchange your order, you have 15 days to return your item from the day you receive your order.

Returns
If you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal, this will lead to a switch to return. This process can be performed on location as well as return shipment. In both cases it is necessary that you fill in the return form here.


In order to receive a full refund it is necessary that the items you return are in the same condition and quantity as you received them. You must return the items in the original packaging or take them with you during your visit. If the packaging is missing, this can lead to a decrease in value of the product. Items that contain signs of use or are damaged will not be accepted. Also, personalized items cannot be returned.

Returns in store
To be able to return your item, we ask you to fill in the return label completely. Then take this form, together with the online invoice and the article in its original condition, with you during your visit. In our store, the quality of the product is checked and any damage is examined. If the product is in perfect condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to you within 14 days to the payment account with which the product was purchased.


Return by post
If you choose to return by post, we request that you include the form, the invoice and the article in the original packaging. You are responsible for ensuring that the items are carefully packed. If the package is not sent via secure shipping, you are liable for any damage. You are also responsible for any damage to the items until they are back in our possession. Keep in mind that the direct costs associated with your return are for your own account.

Refund of the purchase amount
We will refund the amount paid (excl. any shipping costs) via the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold payment until we have received the products.
