Terms and Conditions for Resparkle Service

• Repairs, resizing, and additional services are also available and based on the nature of the repair and current gold price. Pricing for these additional services will be quoted beforehand;
• Resparkle Service while you wait - approximately 30 minutes are required depending on items and availability;
• Jewelry with precious metals (gold and platinum) and precious stones (diamonds, rubies, sapphires, emeralds) will be cleaned and polished;
• In the case of antique jewelry, Royal Coster Diamonds reserves the right to decide whether to clean an item. We are not liable for any damage caused by inherent vulnerabilities of the antique item;
• Royal Coster Diamonds reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. However, our sales advisors will always inform you of any changes during your appointment.
