Terms & Conditions for Resparkle Service

• Maximum of five jewelry items (a set of earrings is considered one item) per customer, per year;
• Repairs, resizing and additional services are also available and reasonably priced based on the nature of the repair and current gold price.
• Service while you wait - 60 minutes required;
• Costume jewelry and non-precious metals such stainless steel, copper, brass and titanium based alloys are not included in the service due to their vulnerability to discoloration;
• In the case of antique jewelry, Royal Coster Diamonds reserves the right to determine if an antique item will be cleaned and is not held liable for eventual harm caused by inherent vulnerabilities of the item itself
• Royal Coster Diamonds reserves the right to alter or change these terms without notice.
